This project involved collecting data about everything I did for a week, and then displaying that information. I chose to use an accordion fold document, and to make it two-sided. One side breaking things down by day, and the other by the data.
This project was created for capstone. The premise is an app that allows you to build a routine in the morning and evening and give each task within that routine a certain amount of time, and from there would calculate when you need to be woken up.
I came up with the idea after being late to my first class of the day multiple times as I under-estimate how long it takes me to get ready in the morning.
I think this could be a useful tool for lots of groups of people, like those who struggle with depression or anxiety and find the idea of getting ready incredibly daunting. This app breaks things down into manageable tasks and gives you a specific amount of time to complete it.
The video shows how the app would work on a phone. Additionally, screens are included below.
This was built in Adobe XD, and all pictograms drawn in Adobe Illustrator.
Because Adobe XD is still in beta, the functions are very limited (screens can only be linked together through tapping), because of this I had to build about 60 individual screens and link everything together.
